So far quite a few countries have proposed they join the alliance, a lot more than the number of members in Phoenix and EDEN. The countries that have said that they would be willing to join are Singapore, Israel, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Ireland, South Korea, Bolivia, India, China, Denmark, Peru, Austria, Iran, and Pakistan. So far only one country is a confirmed member and this country is Singapore and it is believed that the Philippines and Israel are signing early tomorrow morning.
